Why do you need to refresh web pages?

Web browsers such as Internet Explorer often cache visited web pages locally.  This way, every time you visit the page, the information can be pulled from your local hard drive.  This is faster than waiting for a page to be downloaded from the internet again.  However, our appointment availability page can change quite often.  You want to be sure that you're viewing the most recent version, and not an older one that was previously cached on your hard drive.
